Thank you for shopping with The Dutchess Hair Co. We are committed to providing fast, reliable shipping and a smooth delivery experience for every customer.


Processing Times

All orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

  • In‑stock items: 1–3 business days

  • Wigs or specialty items: 3–5 business days

  • Orders placed after 3 PM CST begin processing the next business day.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We ship using USPS and UPS. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier.

Typical delivery windows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or text.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight

  • Destination

  • Carrier rates

Free shipping promotions (if available) will be displayed at checkout.


Order Changes & Address Corrections

Please double‑check your shipping address before completing your order.

TDHC is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Delays caused by address issues

  • Packages returned due to customer error

If a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is shipped, TDHC is not liable for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Carrier delays

  • Packages marked “Delivered” but not received

If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

We will assist where possible, but we cannot replace or refund orders lost by the carrier.


International Shipping

At this time, TDHC ships within the United States only. International shipping may be added in the future.


Pre‑Orders & Backorders

If an item is marked as pre‑order or backorder:

  • Your entire order may ship together once all items are available

  • Estimated ship dates will be listed on the product page


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • A tracking number

  • A link to track your package in real time

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
